Beach Harcourt Club began as a grassroot initiative motivated by a recognition of the many under-appreciated coastal and waterfront areas across Rivers State and the Niger Delta. The founding idea: these beaches and waterways represent untapped potential, not only for leisure, but for tourism, economic development and community upliftment
